Enough

I just read a poem By David Whyte and wanted to share it with you.

One of the Universal believes is ” I am not enough”, and it shows up in our life in the variety of ways.

So , today I am simply inviting to slow down and find examples of  enough…

Enough. These few words are enough.

If not these words, this breath.

If not this breath, this sitting here.

This opening to the life

we have refused

again and again

until now.

Until now

perhaps enough,
